📣 CrewCall

Ship your side project in 4 weeks.

CrewCall is a 4-week accountability cohort: small groups, weekly live check-ins, and a demo day at the end. Run by a human, not software — a real person runs the check-ins and keeps you honest.

Cohort 1 starts Monday, September 28, 2026. 30 seats. $49 one-time.

🧪 This is the first-ever cohort. There are no alumni, no testimonials, no revenue numbers to show you — because none exist yet. What you get: a human running the show, a real schedule, and a refund policy that's actually generous. If Cohort 1 doesn't fill, you get a full refund, no questions.

The 4-week plan

Week 1 — Commit (starting Mon Sep 28)

Kickoff live check-in. You pick one shippable project and one concrete definition of "done". Groups of ~5–6 meet and each person states their commitment in plain words. Homework: a written one-paragraph scope you can finish in 4 weeks.

Week 2 — Build

Live check-in: report progress, surface blockers, get unstuck. The group's job is to keep you moving — not to admire your roadmap. Expect to cut scope; that's the point.

Week 3 — Polish

Live check-in: what's shippable, what's getting cut. Finish the thing that makes it a real product — payments, onboarding, the part you'd rather skip. Peer feedback on what's missing.

Week 4 — Ship + Demo day (week of Mon Oct 19)

Final live check-in: everyone demos what they shipped — working software, live URL, or a real artifact. "Done" beats "perfect". You leave with something launched and a writeup of what you learned.

How it works

1. Pay $49 via the secure Stripe payment link.
2. Your seat is confirmed manually within 24 hours — you'll get an email from a real human (check the Stripe dashboard receipt as proof of payment meanwhile).
3. Before Sep 28 you get the group assignment and the kickoff schedule.
4. If all 30 seats are taken, you join the waitlist for the next cohort — free, and you'll be first in line.
